It's relative. Winter is pretty nice here in the lower Arizona deserts. And, if I want some snow, I get in the car and drive a couple of hours to the high country.
In the summer, it is the reverse, but I'll take our summers over the winters of much of the country, and the summers of a lot of it too.
If you want great weather, you go to coastal California, but it is too infested with progressives and other parasites.
