There should be a law barring the payment of federal funds to non-humans. No further filters needed to expel Miller from the federal payroll.
Stephen Miller works for Trump. Tribe's ideological ancestors also claimed that Jews were not really human, but Untermenschen: subhuman. Of course, Miller is Jewish so it all fits. As
